Most Inspirational

[edit]

Is there a reason the Most Inspirational award hasn't been added to this page? I assume it's just an oversight, and a simple c&p job, but I'm not sure how to deal with the business at the top of this page, so I'm a little bit concerned I'll end up screwing it up. If no-one responds to this I'll give it a shot though... BulbaThor (talk) 19:28, 25 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing that out. Tony2Times (talk) 10:50, 28 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The 1995 Match of the Year was HBK vs. Diesel, but it wasn't their match at Mania, it was a match on Monday Night Raw in January. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.72.238.115 (talk) 04:27, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

"Sting and John Cena have won this award a record 4 times"

Sting won the award only 3 times for the years 1991, 1992, and 1994. John Cena is tied with Stone Cold for the record for times as Austin won it for the years 1997-1999 and the year 2002. Please correct this 72.203.147.78 (talk) 18:18, 7 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It also says that RVD was the only wrestler to win the award as a heel, however, RVD was a face wrestler at the time but a part of a heel faction. Randy Orton is the only wrestler to win the award as a heel as he was a heel in both 2008 and 2009 72.203.147.78 (talk) 05:35, 16 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

PWI Citation Issues

[edit]

Looks like there's a problem with someone trying to use the journal citation style for various PWI awards.

Ignoring whether that's the right style for PWI - should we be using the magazine citation style instead? - there is a page on the PWI site which holds details of all the PWI award winners. This page is http://www.pwi-online.com/pages/PWIawards.html - would this be a simpler alternative to link to? Dysartes (talk) 20:18, 18 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Dysartes: The journal cites have been there for a few years now. I recently added that webpage as a general citation, but it not exist until this year, which is why it is not prominently used. Prefall 20:32, 18 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
