Moved. See general agreement below to strike the parenthetical dab from the song's article title and see the song as primary topic for the present. Kudos to editors for your input, and Happy Publishing! (nac by page mover) Paine Ellsworth, ed. put'r there 15:16, 11 July 2019 (UTC)
It was proposed in this section that multiple pages be renamed and moved.

– Only subject called "Pop Out", respective disambiguation page should be moved to "Pop Out (disambiguation)". JE98 (talk) 22:00, 20 June 2019 (UTC) --Relisting. Steel1943 (talk) 20:39, 1 July 2019 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request (permalink). Anthony Appleyard (talk) 22:01, 20 June 2019 (UTC)
- @JE98: If the song is a dominant meaning. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 22:02, 20 June 2019 (UTC)
- @Anthony Appleyard: That's basically what I am saying here. JE98 (talk) 22:03, 20 June 2019 (UTC)
- @JE98: But most pop music is ephemeral. Typically, a pop music song has its period in the public limelight, then it drops back downstream in the river of time and is forgotten. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 05:03, 21 June 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose - Highly unlikely the song will have more long term significance than Connect Four#Pop Out. This would also disservice people looking for other songs listed at Pop Out.—NØ 05:59, 21 June 2019 (UTC)
- Support as primary topic. This is the only subject with the name "Pop Out" that has its own article. The song is certified platinum in the US, and is a top 20 hit in the US and Canada despite not yet completing its chart run. Connect Four § Pop Out is actually spelled "PopOut" with no space, and I don't assign much significance to a rule variant that is not supported by any sources in the Connect Four article besides the game manual (a non-independent source). The disambiguation entry for Connect Four's "PopOut" is sufficient. — Newslinger talk 05:53, 23 June 2019 (UTC)
- Support - Hit song that propelled both artists to the mainstream, platinum single, top 15 and continues to grow. Nothing else comes close to its notability imo, specifically other songs with the same name by Katie Got Bandz, Mike Sherm, Lil Yachty, Slimmy B and Sneakk. Also, Anthony Appleyard said it was a pop song (twice)? A little more research into the subject should have been done before debating notability, I think. JTtheOG (talk) 20:14, 26 June 2019 (UTC)
- Disagree - Many other pages have the subject pop out, even other music pages. — Preceding unsigned comment added by KoolKabuto (talk • contribs) 19:24, 26 June 2019 (UTC)
- None of the other subjects named "Pop Out" have their own articles, which makes the Polo G and Lil Tjay song the primary topic. — Newslinger talk 21:24, 26 June 2019 (UTC)
- Support and I'm astonished by the opposition. This is the only topic on WP with an article named "Pop Out". Talk about unnecessary disambiguation!. --В²C ☎ 23:43, 27 June 2019 (UTC)
- Support. No other articles with this title and I'm not convinced by the "notability" of the Connect Four rule variant (note: WP:NOTINHERITED). Incidentally, I see that popout redirects to in flight, though I'm not sure why (Baseball isn't my sport). PC78 (talk) 19:25, 1 July 2019 (UTC)
- Support. No need to disambiguate here. Calidum 01:05, 2 July 2019 (UTC)
