Statistical and Physical Improbability

[edit]

A well-known Philippine Senator lambasted the Philippine lotto draws since it was established. He said that Filipinos are the greatest psychics, since abroad, lotto's are won, just once in 5 years. Here in the Philippines, mega-jackpots like the one on March 30, are won often, but not by bettors, but by using tricks or treats. Because of the millions of probability in winning the single ticket, legally, the only conclusion that can be drawn from this hoax sweepstakes is: corruption and fraud in machine fixing. Specifically, no one won really, but a John doe was selected as fall guy in favor of the corrupt ones who would share the Judas bounty. - --Florentino floro (talk) 04:40, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
