Notability

This probably does meet the notability guidelines, since she was the wife of the founder of a major religion. 71.63.88.166 04:47, 31 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As a rule of thumb, relatives of famous people are not inherently notable. This is especially true of children but can also be true of spouses. To have an article, she needs to be notable in her own right. —C.Fred (talk) 22:00, 31 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Merge

Merge to List of Joseph Smith's wives - I'm suggesting this this page be merged into List of Joseph Smith's wives.

I tend to agree with Asterisk. I haven't seen anything that makes Sessions notable by herself. (See wp:NOTINHERITED). She is not notable except for being the wife of Joseph Smith. Even the Current wives don't have their own pages (Frances Beverly Johnson is a redirect to Thomas S. Monson)

We have also established that being a wife of Smith isn't cause for an article by itself, see Talk:List of Joseph Smith's wives. Louisa Beaman and Sarah Ann Whitney were merged to List of Joseph Smith's wives for the same reason.--- ARTEST4ECHO^(Talk) 21:25, 2 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
