What happened to this page?

[edit]

From what I can remember, this page was at par with Kris Aquino's wiki page. Oh well, guess I'll just have to help improve this one...

Citizenship

[edit]

I am just very curious of their citizenship. Are they still Korean citizens or have they changed their citizenship to Filipino?

The significance of Park's presence during the earthquake and tsunami in 2011

[edit]

The 2011 earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan was one of the most devastating disasters to have happened in recent history. Anyone with internet connection or access to a television set knows about it. The disaster is responsible for 15,894 deaths, 2,562 missing, 228,863 families forced to abandon their homes, and 235 billion dollars in damages, which also makes it the most expensive natural disaster in history across the globe. Sandara Park (along with 2NE1) were in Japan during this event. For a person to call this random and irrelevant information is highly irresponsible. If she and her members had been any closer, they very well could have lost their lives. This is significant, and has been described as one of the most memorable days in her life by the woman herself. The fact that CL saved her is a fact. The fact that CL accompanied her down 34 flights of stairs is a fact. The fact that Fuse honored them by including them in a list counting down friendships is a fact. You cannot change this nor can you change the fact that Wikipedia is based upon facts. I would understand its deletion if I hadn't provided references, mistranslated, or purposely wrote things differing from the article, but none of this occurred, meaning that it is simply you trying to decide the weight of facts. Her being in Japan during this time is an interesting piece of information, and that CL took it upon herself to save her is relevant. So much so, this should be on CL's page as well. In the future please refrain from this deleting it, if there is something you believe is not accurate or should be written differently, edit it to you're liking (which will be reviewed by other editors of course), but to remove an entire section that is not only written correctly (though it is always open for improvement), but is backed up by solid references and occurred during one of the worlds worst natural disasters in human history is, again, irresponsible. You make good points. Cheers,67.181.32.32 (talk) 06:03, 15 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
