In re-organizing and copy-editing this article on January 11, 2005, I made a few assumptions where I could not tell the meaning of the original. I am not sure if it is just men who wear Western attire, or women as well. I am not certain that Allimudin Shaw was a Pangal, but I cannot think of any other reason the author would have mentioned him. I am not certain whether all injured parties in the riot mentioned were also displaced, so I left the phrasing as "injured and displaced". --Thunk 17:03, 11 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Merge with Muslims of Manipur

[edit]

The page Muslims of Manipur should merge with this as it is the same people group. Do I have permission to change the mentioned page to a redirect of this article? I will copy its information to the Pangal page. @Alivardi, @Fylindfotberserk UserNumber (talk) 19:37, 29 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Lack of Neutral point of view

[edit]

The "discrimination" section of the article is written only in one sided view. It has lack of neutral point of view. Volunteers may neutralize the language of the article as per Wikipedia guidelines and policies. --Haoreima (talk) 15:02, 12 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
