Notability etc

The standard for notability here is WP:DIPLOMAT which states "Diplomats who have participated in a significant way in events of particular diplomatic importance that have been written about in reliable secondary sources. Sufficient reliable documentation of their particular role is required." Does Berlis meet this? I don't think so. Klein zach 05:54, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
