Scottish Independence vote etc.

Can clarification as to how he was "influential in changing the voting system" for what is presumably intended to mean the Scottish devolution referendum, 1979 rather than that for "Scottish Independence". Mutt Lunker (talk) 23:48, 15 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
