See WP:COMMONNAME.

Google ngrams not very useful (there is name collision with Ken Rowe)

Google books:

  • No Kum-sok: 2,920 results
  • No Geum-seok: 2
  • No Kumsok: 46
  • No Geumseok: 0
  • Ken Rowe: 3,330 (but clearly a lot of collisions; even if the collisions are removed and it's more than the others, maybe shouldn't use this because of confusion over collisions)
  • Kenneth Rowe: 6,320 (Also a lot of collisions)
  • Kenneth H. Rowe: 297 (mostly no collisions)
  • Okamura Kyoshi: 9
