Why this article should be kept

Wikipedia has a long tradition of articles on proposed museums. See, for example, Museum of the Bible, Museum of the American Arts and Crafts Movement. Be sure to scroll down on one of these pages and look at the category: proposed museums.

Note that the page of another new Warsaw museum, the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews predates the museum by several years. In other words, starting a page on the strength of a well-sourced plan for a museum is thoroughly routine at Wikipedia.

Also note That when a proposal like The Boston Museum fails, we simply update the page and move it from Category:Proposed museums to category:Failed Museum proposals.

This is sourced to the New York Times(print edition, where I saw it this morning - and was excited. This is a big deal for Warsaw and for Poland. And to The Art Newspaper. I believe that this is sufficient evidence that this is a notable museum proposal - that, and the starchitect she has signed on to design it. Moreover, it has already been to AFD, and was withdrawn by Nom.E.M.Gregory (talk) 02:50, 2 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Muzeum Spółek Doprowadzonych Do Likwidacji, Sprzedanych Za Bezcen - Muzeum Rozkradzionego Majątku Narodowego " - "Why doesn't she build the Museum of PRIVATISATION of 1989, Museum of Companies Driven to Liquidation and Sold for a Dime, a Museum of Stolen National Property", and much more of the same flavor. Article now better sourced. I have been monitoring a number of proposed museums, updating the pages as the projects move forward. This led me to create a category to move them into when a project dies (see my work updating the United States National Slavery Museum and of The Boston Museum). I also update on museum projects that are struggling (Armenian Genocide Museum of America, National LGBT Museum, The National Irish American Museum of Washington, D.C.). And I keep articles on museums with truly substantial backing and prospects up to date (Museum of the Bible, Museum of the American Arts and Crafts Movement). Because of the scale of the announced financial commitment, the magnitude of the art collection involved, and the fact that the project is taken seriously by major news media, I think that this museum should have a page, and I will add it to the group of museums that I periodically check in on, so that I can move it to the defunct category and merge it into a section on Grażyna Kulczyk's page if it fails to go anywhere.E.M.Gregory (talk) 14:11, 2 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
