Reported Dead

[edit]

After some bad links and several rollbacks, an anonymous contributor has managed to insert reports of the article's subject being killed during the current (2011) Lybian conflict. The source isn't what I'd call reliable, especially on this subject (see Russia_Today#Controversies_and_criticisms), but given the interest in the matter and without further evidence either way I'm reluctant to continue the edit war by removing it. I have, however, indicated within the body of the article that this is currently just a report, not verified fact. --CrazyDreamer (talk) 19:11, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Of course, by the time I finish typing that, someone who apparently agrees with me on the reliability of RT has already removed the line in question. I'll leave this here as a record of the dispute for any editor looking into the matter later. --CrazyDreamer (talk) 19:14, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Any link that he is dead? Or just false alarm? — Preceding unsigned comment added by DoctorKynes (talkcontribs) 21:22, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I reverted last edits claiming he's dead. I looked for any source to confirm it, but I didn't found any. -- Sannita - not just another it.wiki sysop 09:43, 25 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
