"attempt to increase attendance at the university's struggling football program" How accurate is the statement above considering ETSU defeated Louisiana Tech, led by quarterback Terry Bradshaw, in the Grantland Rice Bowl in 1969? Could one conclude that the Dome was built because the football team was successful?

Historically, ETSU football was never very successful. That season was a rare moment of success for the program. 174.99.28.2 (talk) 02:30, 4 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Freedom Hall...

[edit]

Why in the world does each link that I find for FHCC either go to the venue in Kentucky or redirect to THIS page??? Mezzo71 (talk) 23:25, 27 November 2009 (UTC)Mezzo71[reply]

Because there is no article for Freedom Hall Civic Center, so people who don't know better are redirecting links to articles for other facilities -- Foetusized (talk) 16:48, 4 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
