Kaiyanhk (talk) 06:42, 10 June 2011 (UTC) What exactly amount to an infringe of copyright in this article? Is it solely depend on the findings of the duplicated report? The phases MBDS has been going through and its missions are properly cited with references. What could we probably do so to retain the currently blanked out content? Can you explain to us why wikipedia considers the content as an copyright infringement issue?[reply]
