[edit]I removed two links which directed to ways to obtain the book (Amazon and another site). I cant vouch for it's functionality when these were first added but now, they are unnecessary with Wikipedia's ISBN book source functionality which directs you to libraries and other methods of obtaining the books (including the previously existing amazon link).
