Did You Know
[edit](begin copy from here)
- ... that the injury and rescue of Martin Johansson during an orienteering race was witnessed by spectators worldwide who were watching the racers' GPS tracks via the Internet?

- Good to go. ≈ Chamal talk ¤ 14:58, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
- Oh, wait. The source provided for this is a blog. Does this not violate WP:SPS? ≈ Chamal talk ¤ 15:02, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
- The orienteering blogs (WorldofO, AttackPoint) are important secondary sources and they are very reputable. You can examine the primary source yourself: the WOC 2009 website is still selling access to replays of the GPS tracking races. As the actual races go through woods, and route choice is up to the racers, there isn't much to see apart from the GPS tracks! --Una Smith (talk) 04:44, 17 September 2009 (UTC)
- It's the reliability of the blog that I'm worried about. Their 'about' page doesn't show that it qualifies the requirements expected from Wikipedia's sources. Is this blog accepted and used by Wikiproject Orienteering articles then? Are there really no other secondary sources than this? ≈ Chamal talk ¤ 08:19, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

I'll try to find a more satisfactory source. --Una Smith (talk) 14:07, 17 September 2009 (UTC)
