Lu fornaru

[edit]

Just wanted to say that this is not the expected form one would encounter in maceratese-fermano. We would rather say lu fornà (masculine, with the usual apocope after the accent). Maybe that's anconetano, but I cannot say that for sure. Anconetano and maceratese-fermano, while in general mutually intelligible, are two clearly distinct languages/dialects, which evolved from Latin independently of Florentine and standard Italian. 87.21.69.185 (talk) 11:21, 16 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It's almost five years later, and you will probably not see this message, but thank you for sharing this information. I will keep it in mind when revising the page. Nicodene (talk) 11:25, 14 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
