Cleanup

I tried cleaning up the beginning of the "facts/procedural" section. I felt it didn't quite fit the proper encyclopedic prose, and seemed to be skewed towards the "legalese" type of language. That being said, I think the article as a whole is biased in favor of the Walt Disney Corporation. I realize the case was indeed in favor of WDC, but the whole tone of the article relies almost entirely on Disney's arguments. Should an encyclopedia entry have a "Facts" subsection?
