U.S.?

This article states: "The Sniper ATP is in service with Norway, Oman, Poland, Singapore, Canada, Belgium, Turkey, Saudi Arabia[3] and the UK MoD." Wonder if the Americans use it too? Also, clearly some UK-phile has been editing this - "UK MoD" is listed as a user, why not just United Kingdom like all of the other countries listed?
