[edit]This article has less than ten items and the list at Syncretic politics#Other examples is larger. There are also WP:OR issues with both lists as none of the sources provided describe the parties as "syncretic". The creator of this list article most likely found a bunch of parties which had left and right policies and assigned the label themselves, but that isn't what syncretic politics is.
- "The main idea of syncretic politics is that taking political positions of neutrality by combining elements associated with left-wing politics and right-wing politics can achieve a goal of reconciliation."
Although it is worth noting the article body of Syncretic politics itself is poorly sourced and lacking when it comes to clear connections between the material and the article topic. CentreLeftRight ✉ 20:26, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
- I redirected the article per WP:NLIST and WP:FORK because no reasonable arguments to the contrary (or any arguments for that matter) have been brought to this discussion since I started it over a week ago.
- Previous arguments to keep the list at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of syncretic political parties were not policy-based and amounted to nothing more than "keep the list article because it makes a navbox look better". CentreLeftRight ✉ 19:16, 31 March 2022 (UTC)
