I had made this thread previously on the main page before this was split, however I feel like double episodes being listed as two episodes still makes the most sense. Every season has been announced as 52 episodes (something that's only true with double episodes being counted as two), however in the most recent episode, "Ticking Crime Bomb," Owen refers to it as the 146th episode of the show, again aligning with the 52 episodes per season. Some reliable sources include cake entertainment (https://cakeentertainment.com/catalogue/474) which lists 156 episodes total (52x3 seasons), season announcements (Season 1: https://kidscreen.com/2017/12/19/cn-teletoon-open-up-total-drama-daycare/ Season 2: https://kidscreen.com/2019/02/13/cake-fresh-tv-get-more-dramarama/). Finally, each double episode is given two separate end credit sequences (why would an episode have an end credit sequence if it's only partially through), and CN even occasionally airs them as separate (even though they aired in one day, "Dissing Cousins" for example was aired as Part 1 and Part 2). There's a lot of evidence pointing to double episodes being two separate episode numbers, and especially seeing as these are sources from the official distributor (Cake), the season announcements (which are sources I got from the main article), and now literally a character confirming it on screen, I think it's time to revisit the discussion. --Boneil0898 (talk) 23:37, 22 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
