untitled

[edit]

This article should be renamed as "Ligden Khan", and there should be redirections to it from "Ligdan", "Lindan", "Lingdan", "Ligden", "Linden", "Lingden" and the respective versions with "Khan" added. Rerated as C class

[edit]

I would tend to have rated this article START class, but C class might still be okay. For B class (which was suggested by Enerelt), there are not enough perspectives on this multi-shaded, highly impressive person of Mongolian history, let alone about his contemporary Geschichtsbild in Europe, Mongolia, Chinese historiography. Furthermore, not all possibly controversial statements are sourced. I deleted the STUB class for WP Bibiography, so that they may do their own rerating. Inaccuracies

[edit]

How can Ligdan Khan have been "the last khan of the Northern Yuan dynasty" if his son Ejei Khan ruled for another year (from 1634 to 1635) upon Ligdan Khan's death? 173.88.246.138 (talk) 06:46, 24 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

To add to article

[edit]

To clarify in this article: the actual locations of Ligdan Khan's capital (called "Chagan" in this article), as well as the actual location of Küriye (where the article says a temple was located). 173.88.246.138 (talk) 03:24, 28 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
