In the first paragraph I erased the sentence "Like many Venezuelans, she is an Afro-descendant." This is a false claim for two reasons: First she is NOT black!! (see picture)

And second, most Venezuelan are NOT afro-descendants. The majority of venezuelans are (lil rodriguez is too) a mix of races including european indian and african. Black people in Venezuela is rather rare, this is not a racist comment is a fact:
