Is that a mistake? What is up with that?

I don't see the producers' names mentioned, or that 'Kim's group was involved in a gunfight in public. I do see a bunch of other singers named who don't seem to care about people getting killed or about perjury. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2004/04/14/entertainment/main611839.shtml
