infobox

[edit]

The article could do with Template:Infobox New Zealand suburbs. Schwede66 04:07, 22 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There's not really enough information to really make an infobox worth it. GintyFrench(talk!) 08:40, 26 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I think I found enough material, and created the infobox.-gadfium 04:10, 5 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Tararua ranges

@Gadfium: Greetings. This picture is much more likely to be of the Tartarus ranges (and sky), I can't see even one Tararua there. People live up high in Lansdowne so they can look at the Tararuas in winter. Cheers, Eddaido (talk) 14:01, 5 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Eddaido: The previous picture, copied here for convenience, was uploaded to Flickr with a tag of "Wairarapa". I'm happy to accept that it shows the Tararua range, but there's no mention of Lansdowne or even Masterton. Feel free to restore it. The article is long enough to have both pictures. The picture I added shows Henley Lake, which is a feature of Lansdowne, although it is a much poorer photo of the ranges.-gadfium 18:37, 5 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
