Lawsuit?
[edit]an article on a lawsuit with the company: http://www.dol.gov/opa/media/press/esa/archive/esa99268.htm Mathmo Talk 10:02, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
- Well, it wasn't really a lawsuit ("The settlement signed today with the U.S. Labor Department resolves discriminatory hiring practices revealed during a routine compliance review by the department's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.") and it was settled nine years ago. I'm not sure it warrants a mention here. How much was it covered by the mainstream press? — Satori Son 19:23, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
- I was unaware of this happening even though I lived in a nearby community at that time. I doubt it had major press coverage as it didn't even make the local news, and I don't think it should be included in the article. Royalbroil 00:26, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
