npov worries

Assuming that this page is, in fact, about a notable person (I haven't heard of her but I obviously am not the only one to decide notability), this page needs to be rewritten so that it reads less like an obituary written by a family member in praise of a loved one and more like an encyclopedia article.

Non-NPOV
