Carl Gerbschmidt

[edit]

Tonight I edited the Dan Barreiro show section. Specifically, I changed the adjective describing "Carl Gerbschmidt" from "ecentric" [sic] to "fictional".

Almost immediately after I made the edit, it was reversed.

Carl Gerbschmidt is undeniably fictional, and certain KFAN employees have admitted to such off the air. Additionally, numerous Barreiro listeners have attempted to find Gerbschmidt in or near Elk Mound, WI and have reported to Barreiro on the air regarding their failures in these endeavors.

Why continue to forward the myth that is Carl Gerbschmidt on this page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.72.134.162 (talk) 04:01, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If that is true please source that. Quercus basaseachicensis 04:18, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Jeff Dubay

[edit]

As of 11 am EDT on 10/24/08, the KFAN.com Web site no longer lists Jeff Dubay on its page; it only refers to the Paul Allen show. Dubay is a crackhead. Why do my edits keep getting reversed? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.59.153.98 (talk) 14:54, 24 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What is your source as to "Dubay [being] a crackhead"? Useight (talk) 14:56, 24 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Paul Allen

[edit]

How does Paul Allen not have a wikipedia article and other less known KFAN people do? --24.116.232.58 (talk) 15:55, 1 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Do we really need to go into such detail about the programmers and their programming? There's so much crap here I don't know where to start. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Many ottersOne batOne hammer) 13:30, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

KTLK (AM)

[edit]

If this station did change their call letters to KTLK, then the proper procedure is to tag KTLK (AM) with {{db-move}} and move this article there (and then don't forget to update the dab page KTLK, too); the improper method is to leave this article at KTCN but change the text to KTLK and just redirect KTLK (AM) to KTCN.
