Noticed that this is the only individual in the Bain Capital “Key People” section that was redlinked. He has recent interviews and appears to meet notability standards, but given the feedback received on the draft I produced, I thought it would be logical to open up a broader discussion about eventually making this its own article and removing the redirect. As added insight, I started with a stub as the most sensible starting point. It may not have contained enough substance. I plan to work on creating an updated draft in my sandbox for review and potential replacement of the redirect. I would welcome constructive feedback from Onel5969 and other editors on building this article out and helping determine if it meets requirements outlined in WP:NOTE with the broader goal of cleaning up the redlink.
