This article is in extreme violation of the WP:NPOV policy. It was written in its entirety (except for the reaction section) by a user who used pejorative terms such as "Israeli Occupation Forces" instead of Israeli Defense Forces. From that, it is easy to see why there is a problem. The editor used the encyclopedia's voice to express statements that are not neutral, and engaged in WP:OR (ie: stating that it includes Palestinians living in the West Bank). There are no WP:RS used for almost all of the information in the article (except the reactions). There is absolutely no explanation for the order and why it was created. The only side presented is the anti-Israel side. This article was created as another mouthpiece for anti-Israel propaganda on Wikipedia. There is currently a deletion discussion that I encourage people to participate in. The topic itself isn't notable enough for an article. In any case, if it does end up being kept, it needs to be gutted because it is currently unacceptable. Breein1007 (talk) 03:58, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Article has been substantially rewritten. There is no W:OR and plenty of WP:RS. It is a clearly notable subject and the attempt to delete it will likely fail. If there are sources that contain an Israeli rationale for why the order was instituted, please present them. As it is, the article is well-sourced and NPOV based on the sources available.
