[edit]There is no mention of the impact of search engines on libraries in the article about web search engines. This article presents a view of search engines specific to the library sector and therefore is not covered under more generic treatments. Furthermore, this page brings together the relationship between two subjects; although these have already been covered individually, this topic is not covered in these isolated treatments. The article is still under development and will be expanded and improved over time. —Preceding unsigned comment added by InfoSources (talk • contribs) 14:04, 23 March 2010 (UTC)
Please pick a title and stick with it, either The Impact of Internet Search Engines on Libraries or Internet Search Engines and Libraries but not both. I suggest that Internet Search Engines and Libraries is better. DGG ( talk ) 01:08, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
In view of the challenge to the article, it would appear to need some further work. I would urge that it be rewritten in a somewhat more encyclopedic manner--and for Wikipedia , that means dry and descriptive. I very strongly urge whoever is in charge of the project to get in touch with me, by email. To do this, first activate your own email, and then use the email button on my user page, or leave a message on my user talk page. DGG ( talk ) 21:23, 1 December 2010 (UTC)
