Rewrite
[edit]This is a worthwhile topic, but I think that the current article is too narrow in its scope to do this subject justice. I am a professional investigator who deals with suspect insurance claims. I would like to completely re-write this article. Can I do this? Any suggestions? Blaise Joshua 11:33, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
With no disagreement, I have begun to do so. Any help would be much appreciated. Blaise Joshua 15:18, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
Why is the title of this article capitalised? It is presumably not a proper noun?
Legality
[edit]The article says that "Surveillance is often employed". What is the legality, in different jurisdictions, of insurance companies doing things like paying private investigators to spy on people to see if they are exaggerating medical conditions? Beorhtwulf (talk) 18:03, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
this is terrible writing
[edit]Another form would be an art collector insurance a high value piece and then having it 'stolen'
