There will be some obvious NPOV problems, but it should be possible to do an article. True, he's not subject to the BLP rule, but a fair treatment is still essential. This is the sort of article where good sources are needed. Fortunately, they seem to be available. Why the whitewash?

Iliya Pavlov was a notorious gangster. He didn't simply "die" but was shot to death, probably in connection with his criminal activities. He should no more be defined simply as a "businessman" than should Al Capone or Frank Nitti. Karlpov (talk) 00:49, 13 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
