Kickboxing Record

[edit]

Confirmed as 58 wins and 2 losses by Igor's myspace page [1] Sasaki 17:44, 14 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Oddly enough, his loss to Ernesto Hoost is nowhere to be found on this page. Is there a reason for this, or is it even included in his win-loss record? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cervantes44113 (talkcontribs) 19:00, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hometown Story

[edit]

What happened to the story about Igors hometown having a bell they rung when he was drunk so everybody knew to stay inside their homes? I thought it was legit.

Record Winning Streak?

[edit]

Igor's fight record does not reflect the claim of a record winning streak through 2008.[2] Austinmayor (talk) 14:33, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

per Winning_streak_(sports) (A winning streak is not to be confused with an unbeaten streak, where teams can tie as well as win and keep their streak.), you are correct. I'll remove it until I find a proper reference. -- BenTrotsky (talk) 14:52, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Is he Russian, Ukrainian-Russian, Lithuanian, or jus Ukrainian

[edit]

Someone put a flag of Lithuania next to Vovchanchyn's name on the MMA records, and this article claims he is an Ukrainian mixed martial artist and not Russian when Pride and Igor himself said he is a RUSSIAN LOL! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.174.194.184 (talk) 22:54, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry this page is incorrect. Someone who knows how to, please fix it--- CHECK THE RUSSIAN PAGE FOR HIS FIGHTS. He has three fights before his first loss. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.165.40.155 (talk) 09:12, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Another example: he fought ernesto hoost. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.165.40.155 (talk) 07:32, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Weight 205?

[edit]

Igor's weight is listed at 205 pounds. Almost all of Igor's career was spent right around 235 pounds. I know he fought at 205 for his last two or three fights, and his very first fights were at 185, but I think 235 should be listed as his weight, since he spent more than 85% of his career there and it was also his weight during his prime. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Collin39 (talkcontribs) 17:27, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Time travel?

[edit]

That's some serious bad trolling going on here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.93.24.66 (talk) 09:56, 2 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Birthdate

[edit]

Igor's birthdate in this English article is stated as August 6, 1973, while his birthday in the Russian page is June 8, 1973. Can anyone confirm which date is the correct birth date? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.208.146.67 (talk) 00:14, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ATTENTION: To Whoever Included "No Contest" with Kerr in the introduction (!)

[edit]

Not only was Igor's NC with Kerr contentious, but he later scored an official victory over Kerr. Please do not deface the page by adding incorrect and/or irrelevant drivel. Igor beat Kerr. Twice? Arguable. Once? It's official. Check his record. 91.107.180.56 (talk) 22:33, 15 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Kickboxing fights

[edit]

This record is missing his kickboxing fights, such as his fight with Ernesto Hoost, etc. 69.203.111.61 (talk) 14:54, 19 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
