zh:國務機要費案，是發生在2006年台灣的一宗政府弊案，案件涉及中華民國總統陳水扁、第一夫人吳淑珍與總統府前副秘書長馬永成等人。而該宗與中華民國總統國務機要費預算支出相關的公訴罪案件，於分案後，由台灣高等法院檢察署查緝黑金行動中心檢察官陳瑞仁偵辦。由於事涉國家領袖，各國媒體均曾報導。

事件經過

2006年 6月22日，「台灣紅」公司的負責人李慧芬向國民黨立委邱毅爆料，指她的300萬新台幣君悅飯店住宿發票，被她的堂姐李碧君拿去轉交吳淑珍核銷「國務機要費」。6月23日，審計部派員赴總統府查賬，並將疑涉不法相關資料函送台灣高等法院檢察署查緝黑金行動中心調查。負責此案的陳瑞仁檢察官曾經訊問陳水扁、吳淑珍、馬永成等人，要求他們就國務機要費的支出作出說明。
