@StepanovVasya: Конечно, даёт. Только в окончательной ревизии документа, а не в предварительной. Приведённый мной документ является окончательной версией стандарта ГОСТ, утверждённой Приказом № 749-ст от 19 июня 2015г. В окончательной редакции документа название было изменено. Третье, это английская вики и транслитерация не допустима, так как англоязычные люди не смогут воспроизвести это слово при поиске в Wiki.

@StepanovVasya: Что касается Вашего беспокойства по поводу того, что англоязычные люди не смогут найти статью, считаю его необоснованным. Во-первых, со страницы Grasshopper (block cipher) можно сделать редирект на страницу Kuznyechik. Во-вторых, англоязычные люди будут искать статью по названию из какого-либо документа, а во всех доступных англоязычных документах (напр. в архиве на IACR или в RFC) шифр называется именно Kuznyechik. Названия криптографических алгоритмов, как правило, не переводятся, а транслитерируются. Например, украинский стандартный шифр в англоязычных источниках называется Kalyna, а хеш-функция - Kupyna. Никому не придёт в голову искать шифр Arrowwood (калина по-английски) или хеш-функцию Solomon's seal (купена по-английски). First it's always possible to redirect Grasshopper (block cipher) to Kuznyechik. Second the English speakers will probably search for an article using a name from some English language document, and all documents about this cipher (e.g. in the IACR archive or RFC 7801) call the cipher Kuznyechik. 1. Не видно темы для спора. Можно считать и так и так, транслитерация не может быть принята когда есть английский аналог обозначающий его Русский смысл. Пример AES Rijndael и другие. Here on Wikipedia, we require claims to be backed up by reliable sources, see WP:Verifiability for the policy. There are two authoritative English language sources calling the cipher "Kuznyechik": [1] and [2]. These documents do not even mention of the word "Grasshopper". There is no question in my mind that "Kuznyechik" should be used as the primary name on the English Wikipedia.

Unless you have some exceptionally good reliable sources to add to the discussion. The "gostdoc128_uk.pdf" file that you linked from Google Drive above is clearly not good enough, as it states at the bottom of the first page "This standard is still a project and is not approved yet". -- intgr [talk] 09:40, 18 April 2016 (UTC)
