Mainly because this gentleman is a wargame designer. He has made numerous games under his belt. The references (along with the games themselves) are legitimize games and noted as some of the best wargames according to sources I have listed. This is not my personal opinion, but from the voting of thousands that made the decision.

In addition to my references I gave last time, what more could be said that he is the son of well known game designer Tom Dalgliesh?!!
