From Walking With a Panther?
[edit]I don't get this. For a start, it doesn't appear on the original album. It was originally released late in 1987, almost 18 months before "Panther" as part of the "LTZ" soundtrack. It was then subsequently added to some formats of the next Cool J album. Remember in 1989, especially in hip hop, LP was still the dominant format. So "from" is misleading. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.86.73.188 (talk) 16:05, 28 July 2009 (UTC)

Going Back to Cali (LL Cool J song) → Going Back to Cali —
- Disambiguation page is unuseful because the other article of a song with the same title is a redirect. Karppinen (talk) 17:57, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
- It is still a valid disambig page. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 21:33, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
- No, it's not (per WP:DAB) and, even if it was, it should be at Going Back to Cali (disambiguation). All that is needed is is a hatnote at the top of Going Back to Cali (LL Cool J song) which I will add now. — AjaxSmack 03:01, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
- Support per nom. — AjaxSmack 03:01, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
- Comment Disambiguation pages do not have to have (disambiguation) in their titles. However, in this case, as there are onlytwo examples, hatnotes are the correct way to deal with this. Before the move can happen though, you will need to remove the disambiguation page (the hatnote is still missing on the Notorious page). Skinsmoke (talk) 15:47, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
- Support A hatnote will do and this is the more common name. —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 22:25, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
- Comment As you may or may not have noticed, Going Back to Cali (The Notorious B.I.G. song) is just a redirect. That's why I proposed the move in the first place. Karppinen (talk) 16:36, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- Support with a hatnote linking to either the redirect or the album (the redirect is probably a better choice, as it should thus still be valid even if the redirect target changes or an article about the song is created). Propaniac (talk) 15:08, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
- There was an article about the song but there wasn't much to it and it was merged into the album article by the nominator. — AjaxSmack 07:50, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
