Re notability: Gabriel is a TED fellow, and has been written up in a number of places: [1] [2].

Re citations: I added a link to his TED page (see above) and found a reference for his undergraduate / current teaching status as well. Let me know if anything else is lacking references.

Re other: I added this page under the name Gabe, should we move it to Gabriel to be more in line with his name in print? --Asparagus (talk) 03:54, 14 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because his work has been reviewed in the Huffington Post, Cool Hunting, and The Creators Project, all reputable and highly respected publications.
