My edit

[edit]

The Twelfth Night with Vivien Leigh was an Old Vic tour - I have the programme. And I don't know where the Telegraph got their info about Middlemass being at Stratford in Quayle's Directorship, i.e. in the 1950s. The Stratford website confirms that his RSC period was in the '80s. It seemed best to remove the suspect reference and join two allusions to touring with the Old Vic.

I removed the below from the article page:

here is a picture of Frank, perhaps one of the 'Confimred users' would be able to place this into the wikipedia page in memory of the great actor;

I wouldn't know where to begin - is there some sort of free-use template under which this might fall? --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 16:28, 19 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think it is a nice page. What is needed most is a picture, maybe some copyediting and try to find references, because that will make it easier to validate and verify the information. WP:CITE has a long story about how to do that.

It might be a good idea to put all of the different television programs in a table, since it is easier to read.

Overall I think that a B-Class is a fair assessment and I've therefore decided to overrule the original assessment for obvious reasons. KittenKlub 11:22, 13 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • No pictures. (Not mandatory though)
  • Please provide sources (as there are no source section or reference section). (External links don't count as references and also IMDB isn't a reliable source.
  • Obituaries shouldn't be given as a primary source either.

Infobox- "Family"

[edit]

Presumably "Dorothy Mary (born 1907), Margery Elizabeth (born 1909), Jean Theresa (born 1916)" are his sisters? If so, shouldn't such be noted (although I hesitate to consider them notable and warranting inclusion here- no source is cited either) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.144.77.61 (talk) 22:58, 20 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
