Start? This is one of the best articles I have read. Its knowledgeable, complete, unbiased. Wikized, Its actually ENJOYABLE. vs the article on http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/B%C3%A9chamel_sauce which ranks as one of the WORST articles. The book is from the 16th century, surely it has been out of copyright for hundreds of years?

This English language article says much the same thing as the article in French Wikipedia but I felt that the French description of events in the 17th century gave a much better impression than the archaic text from which the author quoted in the English article. Rather than tagging it on, I felt the article would read better if I simply replaced the archaic text --Mike hayes 06:32, 8 June 2007 (UTC) I felt that the full title of the book by Bonnefons is unneccesary and so I have truncated it to improve narrative flow. --Mike hayes 07:11, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
