[edit]

This article survived a nomination for deletion. The discussion can be found here. Flowerparty 12:10, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

still though, it's currently an advertisement not an encyclopediac article. But then again, who cares, it's only betty curse

---

'No-one really knows how Betty Curse pounced into the world, or from whence she crept, but the legends are legion. Some say shes some venom-pretty monster cloned by mad scientists from the spittle of Siouxie Sioux, the tears of Christina Ricci and the shotgun brain mulch of Dead from Mayhem.'

and some say the article needs deleting or editing to death.

I've made this a lot shorter, by taking out most of the press release, leaving just the hard factual stuff.

Manufactured 'band'

[edit]

I have read that this 'band' is a studio creation. Use some logic, how can a 'band' get signed with a major label when they haven't toured a lot or put out records beforehand? If this was a true unbiased entry shouldn't it mention that? Also, I would like to mention that in no way is this music in any shape or form gothic. It is just pop music with 'spooky' lyrics.Crescentia 14:52, 9 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Betty Curse/Megan Burns is NOT gothic rock

[edit]

Honestly, the music is not gothic rock. A band is not gothic rock just because some lyrics are about 'spooky' things. Read the gothic rock article and become informed.Crescentia 22:40, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
