Proposed Rename and Rewrite

The English Golf Union was renamed as England Golf several years ago and has been running under this name for a while, I think we probably need to change the title of this page to England Golf to better reflect the name of the organisation. Tewapack could you look into this as I am unsure as to how to rename a page.
