Usher citation

It appears that the statement by Timothy Usher does not meet WP's policy on original research, so I am removing it--copy below for reference
- According to Timothy Usher of the Rosetta Project, Meninggo and Meax are very close. They in turn share basic vocabulary and regular sound correspondences with Mantion.
