[edit]Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, its purpose is not to give points of view or opinions on an artist.
As the BBC 1 radio broadcaster and British DJ Benji B observed in his blog Deviation in 2008, Dorian Concept’s music cannot “easily be categorised, yet he has already developed his own, recognisable sound."[1] Reviewers of his debut album When Planets Explode (2009) noted that he has taken stylistic cues from “the widest possible blend of sources”[2] and that his tracks reflect a “clearly unique style” representing a “perfect synthesis of various inspirations.”[3] His sound “fuses technical jazz flair with intense programming skills[,] and strictly bumping beats with abstract electronica harmonics,”[4] and it is “unashamedly synthetic, electronic and beat-driven, and yet (because of the man’s evident talent with a keyboard and his supreme production skills) it is so very, very musical.”[5] In terms of the texture of his own sound, Dorian Concept has described trying “to find the middle between a certain analogue and acoustic thickness and a more digital and electronic sound world . . . [ as] . . . the most interesting border to explore.” [6] — Preceding unsigned comment added by Eze226 (talk • contribs) 09:05, 8 May 2012 (UTC)
If the critical aclaim in the first version violates the NPOV rules, how about a stripped down version with less praise? I think it is important to report what the reviewers consider to be the eleements of a sound that an expert like Benji B has identified as something clearly recognisable. THe following describes some of its stylistic attributes that have struck the experts.

"easily be categorised, yet he has already developed his own, recognisable sound", “clearly unique style” and "synthesis of various inspirations" are too vague for an encyclopedia. They do not define the style of the artist. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Eze226 (talk • contribs) 02:04, 12 July 2012 (UTC)
