[edit]Is there any verification on the use of a "Miranda tapes" sample in Pressure Torture? I haven't seen anything that corroborates this particular bit of info, and given that there are no citations I don't know where to look to check. 98.249.0.113 (talk) 10:27, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
Should be a decent enough basic framework for the article. Needs an album cover picture. If anyone knows where some of the other samples come from, like the ones off of Befriend a Childkiller and All the Children are Dead, please add them. - Yes, I request more information on the vocal samplework. I'm almost afraid to find out what the source of the "cylindrical room" samples from the last track are. Grinick 03:25, 21 February 2006
I posted the information regarding the samples used in "All the Children Are Dead." I realize that my explanation is a bit lengthy, so if anyone feels it should be summerized please do so. I also have a sound file of that paticular call, although I don't know if I should upload it to Wikipedia or not. If anyone wants the sound file, just let me know and I will email it to you. -Agent R Onewhohascomebefore (talk) 17:33, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
It has been summarized. The song also featured monks chanting and the sound made as a character builds up for a special attack on Phantasy Star Online. I also spotted a sample from an unidentified child's toy. Lord Weasel (talk) 04:57, 2 October 2008 (UTC)
I think there's a fifth sample on "All The Children Are Dead", but I don't recognize it. It's near the end of the song. If someone could please help us identify it, that would be a major help.Lord Weasel (talk) 03:25, 3 October 2008 (UTC)
There was also a spoken word sample on "Macerate and Petrify," which I cannot identify. If there's anybody that could identify the cample, could they please let us know? Lord Weasel (talk) 04:27, 3 November 2008 (UTC)

Added a sample. User:HTiger 12:22, 10 February 2008
Did a lot of formatting (e.g. the place of the sample) added extra to the intro of the article ('cos it practically said nothing about the album) and re-uploaded the album cover with better fair use et cetera. :) While I'm here, I'd just like to say that this is probably one of the best albums ever made. No hyperbole. --MrMetalFLower (talk) 11:59, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Dolldolldoll.jpg
[edit]Image:Dolldolldoll.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

I think the sample of Dollmaker is taken directly from Apocalyptica (which covered "Harvester of sorrow" from Metallica). It would be more accurate. |
