Speedy deletion

Why is this page nominated for speedy deletion? I'm sure Dipnote is notable enough and I would personnally like to see an article on it. If the article needs to be expanded then a "stub" tag would be more appropriate than a speedy deletion. Laurent (talk) 15:06, 23 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
