More Info?

[edit]

Does anyone have any more information about Diana Hart? Thanks. User:MgHoneyBee Apr.4, 2006.

I don't know if the things in Under the Mat count since some of it is fiction I hear.

I've seen some places that she's been married to someone called Tony Overman, a marriage which was annulled and to someone named Ben Kelly but I can't find any reliable source, I don't think IMDB is good enough. — Preceding unsigned comment added by *Treker (talkcontribs) 16:18, 15 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

First appearances

[edit]

"One of Hart's first wrestling appearances was in her father's promotion, Stampede Wrestling, in August 1989,..."

Yet another example where, through omission, we appear to pretend that Vince McMahon invented professional wrestling in 1984. A decade prior, she appeared on camera to present a bouquet of flowers to Antonio Inoki prior to his match with Stan Hansen. See, when the Japanese stars toured North America, they wanted the television audience to believe that those promotions performed the same pre-match rituals. My memories of Stampede are getting pretty dim, but I find it hard to believe that she was invisible for an entire decade in a promotion which revolved around her family.
