Untitled

Notes: The first episode title is a pun. It says "Yumeno Arika", which can mean "Where Dreams Are" (Hence "The Place of Dreams") or can be "Arika of Dreams" (Arika as in the character). I couldn't think of any way to retain the pun in English.

The third episode title has some innuendo that's not as easy to communicate in English, don't know what to do about that.

I have no idea what's with the "...orz" in the sixth episode's title. So I kept it in the English.

Cheers.

oops, missed this comment.. the "orz" is an emoticon used on Japanese forums, its a guy collapsed face-down on his hands and knees (the "o" is his head, the "r" is his arms and the "z" is his legs). Shiroi Hane 00:12, 15 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

colourblind

[edit]

About the blue/green thing.. Japanese has an unusual element in common with Welsh where green things are sometimes called blue... or possibly the other way around, I can't remember how it works specifically. Shiroi Hane 01:20, 14 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

That's true. Green things are sometimes called blue. For example, green lights on traffic lights are always called blue. In any case, I think "Maiden of the Blue Sky" is more correct for this article. --Shimei 18:12, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Wow, this is a late reply. To be accurate, the Japanese used to consider Blue and Green one colour and didn't have a difference until the word "midori" was introduced. Midori(緑) previously only meant "greenery" (plants). And even though they now consider them seperate colours, they still slip from time to time and call green things blue. --Robtf 07:29, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yobanaide

[edit]

I changed "Don't call for Nina" to "Don't call me Nina". Nina uses "yobu" referring to naming, not calling for her in the episode. If it was "Don't call for Nina" the Japanese would be more like "Nina wo yobanaide". --Shimei 18:12, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

OVA questions

[edit]

So, does anyone know the exact date of the OVA releases? I wanna see them soon.

Added Episode Descriptions

[edit]

I took the liberty to make the episode list a bit more informative. Feel free to edit it, if necessary. Rexas 14:50, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Romaji

[edit]

Why do the episodes not have the title in Romaji? 205.110.156.20 (talk) 01:55, 17 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
