Shouldn't there be a primary topic?
[edit]@Shhhhwwww!!:@BD2412: I'm wondering why there shouldn't be a TWODABS solution here? The latter rebellion seems far more important and outspoken than the former one. So the 1969 onward rebellion should be the primary topic, and there's a hatnote in place to redirect to the former one if needed.
