Academics
[edit]This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
- Specific text to be added or removed: The link cited at the end of the Academics article is unrelated to that topic.
- Reason for the change: There is an errant link to the American Association of University Professors" report in the academics section associated with bachelor's degrees. The link is more appropriate in the last section of the "Free speech controversy" article.
- References supporting change: I'm not sure what to put here. I don't have another link.

Free Speech Controversy
[edit]Part of an edit requested by an editor with a conflict of interest has been implemented. |
- Specific text to be added or removed: After the final sentence under "Free speech controversy," please add "Collin College addressed the AAUP report with its own statement" with the link below.
- Reason for the change: Adding the text and link referenced above will provide greater balance to the topic addressed rather than just presenting and linking to the AAUP report.

NTJAC championship
[edit]This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
- Specific text to be added or removed: Please add 2023 to the list of dates that the Lady Cougars won its NTJCAC conference championship. Also, please specify that those records are for the women's basketball team. And please add the sentence, "In 2023, the Lady Cougars became the first basketball team in the college's history to compete in the NJCAA National Championship."
- Reason for the change: This section has not been updated in a while.

[edit]WP:COIU Changes to dates, records, and other indisputable facts appear to fall under the rubric of uncontroversial edits. While I understand and appreciate the requesting editor's self-disclosed COI and cautious nature, this particular request differs from those they have requested in the past, in that it only affects a change of dates and a claim regarding the college/team's seminal appearance at the NJCAA championship, which are both uncontroversial facts.
